The invoice for the landscaping says more was done than agreed and it was actually quite the contrary. I went over everything that needed to be done with Gary I asked him that all of the needles would be picked up off of one side of the yard because I had done the other side. Also I did the hedge trimming for him when I asked that be included. We also agreed that all of the weeds would be gone and some hand picked on the side of the house and that also did not take place. They showed up earlier than they said they would and got right to work. They had to use a weed eater to mow the back yard, as it was waist high grass. They raked up all the lawn trimmings and bagged them, leaving them neatly stacked out front. They also mowed and took a weed eater to the front yard (which wasn't part of the initial quote) at no extra cost. Fast, efficient and professional and would definitely use this service again.

Pablo and his team have have helped a number of our clients get their homes ready for the market by cleaning and sprucing up their yards and landscaping.
