They used to to have excellent customer service but I am sad to say that is no longer the case ever since the change it seems to have gone down hill. It is not ok to decided to charge 5$ a month for statements and it is not ok to take away the drive thru some people have young children and it is not easy to bring them in with us.
We've just received the notice that the credit union will now charge $5 a month for those of us who prefer to receive a paper statement. I feel like $60 a year is not worth the services any longer. We too once loved this credit union, been with them for over twenty years. Sad to say that we too will be switching.
