I received a message from a foreign country stating there was fraudulent activity on my card. They gave me a number to call and a case number (I can barely understand them). I call the number and enter the case number, the case number is wrong. It's sunday night and Monday is a holiday...every number I've tried I get a foreigner and I am told to call my institution. I cannot access my money and NO ONE can help me. A live person cannot be reached, the # they give you is useless if they give you a wrong case number! Not a happ... read more
