For the most part they did fine, They do not listen or hear what a customer advises them regarding the customer contents, they came unprepared and did not adjust even after seeing issues. We had a LOT of small boxes 6 x 8x 7. trust me when I say the boxes were crushed, dumped contents lost, it will take months to inventory the lot to determine the dollar value lost or damaged.
