Mr Montagna took our call....bragged about his record with our type of case, citing all the ways he got others reduced... then assigned us to another lawyer because he was too busy. That lawyer moved our court date without even notifying us. Then we get a random notification that lawyer is now not available and we are being bounced to lawyer #3... Only to receive a call a week later that they cannot represent us because they dont have capacity. We hired them TWO MONTHS AGO and they've had our payment IN FULL since DAY ONE... read more

Terrible unprofessional group of lawyers, purposely got them because of the accolades 6 months prior to my case. Every time I called leave messages no return calls, when I did get the 3 calls back it was a repeat from the first call, then 3 days before my court date I was looking over your file your case is different than what I thought, postponed now my court date, I waited 2 weeks to get it together only to find out attorney left the firm accepted the replacement lawyer.
