My experience of communication with your firm is that it has not been timely or professional. Repeated administrative errors / failure to return communications have negatively affected my case. Second emails have proven needed on several occasions. Oct 13 to Oct 26 I count approximately 15 emails I sent to your firm without any acknowledgement or reply.
