Jim was great and went above and beyond where other companies did not. We ran into some issues on availability on materials for a large job and he got creative and came up with a solution that worked for us while ensuring everything would be compatible and still work. I highly recommend working with them!

I’ve been working closely with Montaggio for three years. Their customer service and attention to detail is excellent. They’ve helped me find unique and high quality fixtures for all areas of the home, including a beautiful brass bar. They go above and beyond.
I had 1 bad experience with a woman trying to get directions. She complained about having to help people find their way around the building.
We love every item we purchased through Montaggio, but it is the customer service that really sets them apart. We had a problem with the finish on one product and after one simple email Jim had personally lined up someone to have it replated at higher standards with no cost and no hassle. They have been extremely responsive and helpful with other questions as well. 10/10 recommend.
