Great service and high quality kitchen and bathroom products.
I’ve been working closely with Montaggio for three years. Their customer service and attention to detail is excellent. They’ve helped me find unique and high quality fixtures for all areas of the home, including a beautiful brass bar. They go above and beyond.
I had 1 bad experience with a woman trying to get directions. She complained about having to help people find their way around the building.
We love every item we purchased through Montaggio, but it is the customer service that really sets them apart. We had a problem with the finish on one product and after one simple email Jim had personally lined up someone to have it replated at higher standards with no cost and no hassle. They have been extremely responsive and helpful with other questions as well. 10/10 recommend.
A few days ago I received a call from a client whose bathroom Montaggio had supplied the plumbing fixtures for about 15 years ago. The toilet seat had cracked and they needed a replacement. They'd searched all the usual places but were not able to find the right color. Once they explained the problem I was able to go back to my original selections sheet, find the color, and contact Kristin with my request.
