The gym itself is nice, clean, and usually has a quiet environment, which I really appreciate. However, the pool still hasn’t been fixed, which is disappointing considering how expensive the membership is. I also think the front desk staff could be more welcoming. They’re often on their phones when members are walking in or leaving, and while I understand the job may be slow at times, a simple “hi” or “have a good day” would make a big difference.
