I absolutely love living at the Montage! Overall, it’s very well managed, very safe, and the apartments are well priced! The community is awesome. The pool is nice. The leasing office has the best staff!! Plus, you’re in walking distance from all the best places in Fort Worth like Nickel City, Amber Room, and Tinies amongst many others.
Be wary of paying the application fee more than once! Valerie and Erin both assured me multiple times to re-apply after my initial application failed. I listened to their advice and reapplied, paying in full after being told it was just a corporate mistake that my application failed. I did this twice for a total of three application fees, only to be ghosted by Valerie. I've lived at Montage Southside for a year now, and I absolutely love it! The South Main area is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, markets, and bars. Having previously lived in a nearby apartment, I can say the difference is night and day—this place has made me appreciate the area even more. I honestly love living at Montage. The security is top-tier, and the entire building feels incredibly safe. Maintenance is always prompt whenever I place a request, and the common areas are always clean and stocked. Plus, they go above and beyond to make holidays special with the cutest decorations and thoughtful touches. It truly feels like home!
