Montage Salon & Spa is AWESOME!!!! I had a wonderful experience at the Montage Salon. From the time I called and made my appointment to the end of the appointment was an awesome experience. My stylist, Coral, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to other people! We just recently moved here from Oklahoma and I was stressed out about finding a new Aveda stylist. My stress is gone and I'm glad I found this place on the Internet. Perfect Every Time I have been getting both my cut and color done at Montage for over three years and Amy is my stylist. I have thick curly hair that no other place in town seemed to know how to deal with.
Montage Salon & Spa is RIDICULOUSLY AWFUL! I recently had a pedicure with my sister in law. The pedicure room is tiny like a closet. We both paid for the same service but there was no similarity in what we recieved. She got a calf massage but no top coat, I got a calf massage but only 1 coat of polish. The lady clearly didn't know what she was doing. **AMAZING** From the moment I walked in to Montage I felt at home. I was greeted with smiles from everyone in the room. I had a cut and hi-light appointment with Christy. I found her to be very knowledgeable and honest. I expressed to her some of the challenges I was having with my hair and she had several ideas on how to remedy them. Horrible! This was the worst experience at a "salon" that I've ever experienced. My appointment with Christy the "master" stylist (what a joke) was a 3:45 - she kept me waiting until 4:30 before giving me the worst haircut of my life. She put highlights on me then sent to a back room and never came to check on me - for all I knew, my hair was getting fried. I had to get someones attention to get her to check on me. Awful Just yesterday May 27, 2008 I had an appointment with Coral for an eyebrow wax. My appointed was at 1:45 pm. I arrived at 1:44 pm. After I walked in, checked in, and after the receptionist told Coral I arrived, I saw Coral STARTING to do someone's hair. She had not yet started when I walked in, she did it AFTER she was told I arrived. This irritated me greatly. The receptionist looked at me and ignored me. Didn't say a word. Pricey, but great! Although it is a bit pricey, you get what you pay for. Customer service is great and Christy does an excellent job (she's been my stylist for a few years now).
The greatest! On a suggestion from my neice, I went to Montage to get a trim. Laura offered me a great tea while I waited a short minute for Christy. I get a bit antsy with a new stylist but Christy did a super job! Just the way I like my hair to look.
GREAT My ex-girlfriend and I had decided to try this place out. It was actually really great. The customer service was the best. The stylists offered us water and/or tea once we arrived. They did everything to make us feel comfortable. Not to mention the place smells great! They sell AVEDA products and are often burning one of the many scents.
