I had a very good first experience there. Yvette was so kind and did a wonderful job on my hair! She managed to pull the old black/red dye from my hair and transformed it into a lovely brown with some highlights. She also tamed my massive, frizzy hair with no issue. Thanks so much! I love my new color!
