WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS PROPERTY If I could give this property zero stars, I would. My experience here has been marked by serious issues affecting health, safety, sanitation, and security. Sewer backed up into the kitchen sink for a week. This has been corrected. Electric outlet for clothes washer has been out for two weeks and not fixed. This has been corrected. Gate remotes have been on order for gate for over 6 weeks. I now have remotes. Access walk to the gym was broken for months, only access right now is during office hours thru the main office. This is the worst place to move. I have 2 years without cold water. Montabella does not want to pay 15 thousand dollars to fix a cold water problem. Maintenance is crap and in that office they only tell you lies to get out of you. Greg just wants you to give him 5 stars but he doesn't do his best to fix my cold water problem. Laure is a liar, she told me that they approved to fix the cold water problem but it was to get out of me. everytime i call the office Lauren Don't want to talk to me. DON'T MOVE HERE

I want to give a huge shoutout to Greg one of the maintenance men. He is phenomenal! He's always kind and professional and does a darn good job. He's one of the best and this apart complex is lucky to have him.
