Very responsive and they make commitments and keep then. Very good experience
5 star all the way. From the first phone call until the truck pulled out. Manny came out and provided an on site inspection and a quote. I mentioned I was concerned about the grass because the tree was located in the rear of the property. He assured me they will cover the lawn with large sheets of protective plastic where need. Very professional every step of the tree removal! Did a quick job of cutting down a huge tree which had split to the ground and needed emergency work so it didn’t fall on our home. The workers did a great job and after grinding the stump there was no trace of the stump or branches remaining. We were happy we had Monster Tree Service do the work.
