I called to find out some rates on different size units and the young lady Cristina was very helpful, very professional speaking and could feel her smile when she spoke, She answered every questions I asked, almost felt bad for her with all my questions, but she was patient, kind and truly understanding. We got off track talking about other things, and she never tried to rush me off the phone, just let me talk :)
