I would ABSOLUTELY use Monster Maids again! They were very accommodating, professional, easy to work with, and did their job correctly! Our house was spotless upon moving out:) Two woman showed up at first, knocked a few rooms out, then Lauren and her husband came to help! While I was satisfied with their deep clean, I was not satisfied at all with their customer service. It is very important to me that I know who is working in my home. I accepted the day and time they offered me as long as Jon and Laura were available to do the job. They were recommended to me, and I was comfortable knowing they were the owners of the business. Monster Maids came out and did a deep clean of my home today and it was nothing short of AMAZING. Once they were done with every room, they took their time to go back through the entire house with a list and touch everything up. Honestly, I was very impressed with how organized they were with the whole process! And I cannot believe the amount of dirt they pulled out of my house! Thank you so much! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future regularly!
Impressed is an understatement! These people are seriously enthusiastic about their work. They showed up with great equipment, worked crazy hard, went above and beyond, and were very thorough. I have to admit, I was drawn in by their adorable logo�� but it is so nice to be able to share that they are the real deal! Highly recommend.�
