Good chiropractor, but PHYLLIS, who handles billing was horrible! I was in an auto accident where the other driver was at fault and his insurance had accepted liability, and gave them a claim # to bill the insurance LIKE MOST CHIROPRACTORS DO FOR AUTO CLAIMS. Phyllis would not accept that. In fact she accosted me IN THE TREATMENT ROOM at my second visit about billing. I definitely felt welcome here, they were very friendly and accommodating. I was happy with their nice manner. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.
