I am rating this one star because of this man.
If the peasants do not apply great force, the power of the landlords, built up over thousands of years, can never be uprooted.
Good Apartment. They did Fall/Winter Leases for shared and private rooms which is a + since you don't have to try and off load a contract over the summer if you have an internship or something. You have to pay rent with a physical check which is a little inconvenient. Management is very good and responsive and there is enough parking for residents which is great. Internet is reasonably fast and consistent. Reasonably priced for the area.
