I’ve driven by this body shop for 25 years, so following an accident on I 565; it was the first place that crossed my mind. Figured if they’ve been in business that long … and boy was I right. They did a great job repairing our car. It looks great and it took just over a week. Not only that, but it looks like has been detailed too. I was in a car accident and Monrovia Body Shop was the towing company called for my vehicle. After being told the driver that hit me was uninsured and my insurance was denying my claim, I was going to be stuck paying the storage fees. I spoke with Tami who was so kind throughout this whole process and she was even able to convince my lien-holder to get my car so I wouldn’t have to pay anything! This company gets 5 stars from me and I would highly recommend given the excellent customer service I was provided with.

Was out and about today and got stuck in Madison in a pinch, called Monrovia Body Shop & Wrecker Service Inc, and was given short period of time for pick up and tow me home, driver arrived on time and was very polite, and gave us both a ride with the vehicle, I rate this company a 10/10 even though rating it 5⭐️ is the only option.
