Saved My Cat! I have to give a lot of credit to Dr. Nicole Gueniat for saving my cat. After Arcadia Small Animal just about did my poor old kitty in I went on a search for a new vet. I stumbled upon Monrovia Animal pretty much by mistake. I took one of my other cats in for something pretty minor, and while I was there I told her about the problems that I was having at Arcadia. She had some new and innovative ideas about how to treat my old lady's medical problems. She also reviewed the lab results from my cat that had just d... read more

Great Care for my Cat Dr G was so helpful when my cat started throwing up. The staff is very compassionate and caring. They got me right in the same day.

Great Experience. Dr. Gueniat’s performed a pre-adoption exam on a rescue dog we were considering adopting, and we found her to be extremely thorough, and helpful, in her evaluation of the Wheaten Terrier she saw. In addition to examining the dog’s overall health, she also took the time to evaluate the dog’s disposition and temperament – finding her, by the way, to be a fine candidate for adoption. Dr. Gueniat’s discussions with us about the dog, and our family’s home environment indicated that she was thoroughly... read more

Highly recommend I am a cat person with 3 beloved kitties that I consider my children. Dr. G has taken care of my cats for about 4 years and I have always been happy with the veterinary services provided as well as the pleasant experience of taking my little ones for their checkups and vaccinations. My oldest developed urinary problems recently and got very sick very quickly. I am immensely grateful to Dr. G for pulling her through the crisis and restoring her to health. The change in diet she suggested will help prevent reo... read more

We are eternally grateful Our family dog received the best of care from Monrovia Animal Medical Center all her life. We first took her as a 3 month old puppy and Dr. G and her staff provided superior veterinary care and boarding as well as advice and comfort for both of us. They helped us arrange for end of life procedures and sat with us when it was time to help her cross over the Rainbow Bridge.

My trusted vet Dr. “G” is a wonderful vet that I have gone to for nearly 5 years. It gives me peace of mind to know that she and her staff can provide the best of services whenever any of my family of pets need help. I have 2 dogs who have gotten all their veterinary care there and I also use their boarding services for when I am out of town. Dr. G also helped me this month to learn how to care properly for my 3 hamsters (my latest pet obsession!). I cannot say enough good things about Monrovia Animal Medical Center and ... read more

My neighbor just loves Dr. Gueniat! My neighbor just raved about Dr. Gueniat at Monrovia Animal Medical Center so I took my new Boxer puppy Skids two weeks ago to be neutered and vaccinated. I had needed to find a veterinarian in the Pasadena area since I just moved in from Portland a few months ago. My 3 year-old Lab Tricky was due for a heartworm test and meds so we all went together last Saturday morning. I am very pleased with the service and friendly atmosphere, and both Skids and Tricky really like Dr. Gueniat and her ... read more

Best Vet in Monrovia for Pocket Pets! Dr. Gueniat is the only vet in the Monrovia area that cares for pocket pets so I always take my hamsters to her for their veterinary care. I adopted my third baby named Fluff recently. She was not energetic like Scrub and Toto so I took her into Monrovia Animal Medical Center for examination. It turns out she was badly infected with worms. Dr. Gueniat gave me medicine to get rid of her parasites and checked out my other two because they had been exposed by being in the same cage with Flu... read more
