Don't wast your time with this company.Sent a cad for a quote, Ryan got back saying that my sldprt file is newer than the software they used so asking for a step file, that was about 2 weeks ago,no word from them.
If I could give Monrovia Waterjet less than one star I would. I emailed Ryan and got a prompt quote and for some plywood to be cut. Which was nice because if you call the office Ryan is never there and if you leave your number to be called back don’t hold your breath. I have been using Monrovia Waterjet for almost 7 years on numerous different manufacturing projects including sheet metal, welded structures, CNC machining and assembly. They have always gone out of their way to help us out and provide good quality at an affordable rate. They are willing to work with you in the design phase and help suggest alternative methods that could help drive the cost down and speed the delivery. Ryan and Matt cut a sun ray design into seven sheet metal panels that I am using to build fence. Reasonable turn around and an additional cut was made while I waited. A miscommunication, most likely on my part, that Ryan quickly remedied.
I work at the California Institute of Technology and use Monrovia Waterjet & Laser almost exclusively for my manufacturing needs. Time and time again, these guys have saved me. The prices are unmatched, the leadtimes are very quick, and the quality is excellent. Monrovia Waterjet & Laser has massive, high precision Waterjet and Laser CNC machines along with numerous CNC mills.
