On a saturday afternoon I went to this location to check out their jeeps and Rick became my sales guy and he couldnt of been more patient and genuine! Christine was my financial person, she was very personable and organized. They both were great to do business with and I love the Jeep I got! Rick made driving away the same day a dream come true. Great Experience and highly recommend!
Just to clarify my recent review I was not upset with the car sales person that helped me directly. I was frustrated with the people that sit behind the desk running 1/2 dozen credit reports when I only agreed to do one other credit check. They said there was one other credit union that might give me a better rate than my pre approval. No customer wants a worse percentage rate for a car. They are already extremely expensive. The person that helped me was polite, professional and informative.
My experience was very seamless and stress free. The shop was welcoming and professional. My repeats were done correctly and Joe communicated with me through the process. I highly recommend this location for all your body repairs.
