Excellent experience from start to finish. Stephen Guadagnino was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He made finding a car fun. Ask for him you won’t be disappointed! The sales manger Bill was very fast and efficient. The finance manager Colin is always great, he provides excellent customer service always going above and beyond. What a Great team! The body shop did a great job making repairs to my vehicle, Joe was very informative and helpful over the phone keeping me updated on the status of my repair work. Upon picking up the vehicle I was met by the General Manager of the body shop by the name of Ron Patton. Ron Patton should not be allowed to speak with customers, he lacks customer service skills and speaks in a very condescending tone. Will never bring my vehicles back or recommend this business for any service.
Steve was very helpful. The dealership I purchased my jeep from said they couldn’t look at my car until 10/21. I use my car for work so this wasn’t going to work for me. I called and spoke with Steve and he couldn’t have been nicer and accommodating.
