I don’t know what some of these people are talking about. My experience with Dr. Donlon was very professional. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Yes, I waited a few minutes but who doesn’t at any Drs office. Dr Donlon explained everything clearly and noted that I had no issues other than getting older and needed an updated script. The office visit was quick, easy and I even joked around with the Dr. a bit. No problems at all.
