No call/ no show after scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out. Super unprofessional.
This appraisal was terrible. Initially a no call/no show. Then rescheduled. The appraisal was assigned by attorneys during divorce proceedings. The appraisal was completed incorrectly (wrong names, etc) and then corrected. The appraiser stated 6-7 months after the fact that he only received half of the payment (it was split cost). He was unable/unwilling to provide copies of the payment received or copy of deposit. Then proceeded to hold onto the certified bank check I mailed for another 6 months! Had to wait a few Weeks for the Appraisel so I had to reschedule my Appt I needed the Appraisal for.. my day came and Tim was a no show and didn't have the courtesy to even call me.
lost my information and I guess he could not look on his call log... no call no show. I was skeptical from the start. Guess he really needs to retire! I had two properties to b aopraised
