Came in with blood pressure issues. No insurance. The staff were all amazing! Very affordable and the billing department quickly fixed a issue I had.
We showed up there tonight with 15 minutes before they were supposed to be closed. The door was already locked when I said to the receptionist through the door we couldn't get in she said they closed early because the doctor wanted to leave and didn't want to see any more patients. This is absolutely disgusting. We will never be back and absolutely sure to let everyone know not to come there.
My daughter broke her foot last week and the Urgent care staff were right at the door waiting with a wheel chair for us because I called that I was on my way. Chelsea was patient and kind to her while doing her xrays, made sure she was comfortable, gave her ice. The doctor was extremely fast and the nurses even showed my daughter how to use her crutches before sending us on our way home. Thankfully it was a minor fracture but the Monroe Urgent Care staff were kind and nurturing in a time of panic for us.
