I went back to this place again for my trailer work. I had a problem with a trailer I bought and they helped me get it fixed. These people really stand behind there work.

I'll make a long story short. I was quoted $169 for a remote start w/alarm but charged $259 for a remote start with NO ALARM, and they refused to do anything about it! Then I wanted it removed and it was going to be $50. But I would have to wait almost a month because the owner was going to be having "Surgery" and he is the only one who is allowed to do refunds(the owners exact words). I asked about his wife who works at the shop with him and he said that she was going to be going with him...obviously giving me the run aroun... read more
