RecommendedThank goodness for this honest & friendly service! My suv broke down while I was passing through the area, 4 hours from home!! The staff was so helpful and so nice to me. They went out of their way to get the part for my suv overnighted to the shop. They explained everything to me and reassured me that everything was going to be ok. It feels great to trust a company! I would absolutely recommend these guys!! Top notch service.

Monroe Automotive was recommended to me by friends and neighbors when I explained my painful and ongoing issues with GM maintenance. Monroe was able to the fix brake issues on my 1500 Denali that GM was unable to do in 2 years. I highly recommend Monroe Automotive!

Great staff, great service, great prices
We had car trouble on our way to Pigeon Forge. A lady at Advanced Auto Parts helped us with what she could and said if we need further help go to Monroe Tire and Service. We did need further help these guys were courteous, friendly, efficient and had us back on our way in no time!!! Great job and thank you guys!!!
