Very friendly customer service. In till there trying to keep your stuff maintenance man cuts off locks whenever he wants opens your storage takes pictures then closes and puts there own lock on it for what purpose idk but sure he doesnt take pictures when there's no body to observe him .

I absolutely adore this place. That sounds silly, but hear me out... I have another storage unit in another state (I'm a traveler). Working with the other storage facility is like pulling teeth. You're not allowed to make a partial payment, they've jacked their prices up 50% due to "the economy" and for "maintenance" although no maintenance is ever done there, there's no cameras, the gate never works, etc. They're SUPER quick to put your unit up for auction, charges several hundreds in fees that even they can't explain all w... read more
