I want to preface this review with the fact that I have never left a poor review. However, I had my brows tinted at this salon on Tuesday and was extremely underwhelmed. As someone who has had them tinted by an Aveda salon once a month for 10 years (they grow in nearly transparent), I have never been so disappointed with both the customer service (unprofessional) and the act of tinting itself. Needless to say, I won’t be back.
RecommendedSERYNA VEGA NAILED IT! It was my first time to get a haircut from her. I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted, even though my hair is way to fine and soft to style like the photo, but I like the cut, and she NAILED IT! I don't have to cut my hair often, but ONLY an AVEDA SALON cuts my difficult tresses! I use and recommend AVEDA products to everyone. Monroe Salon and Spa has the products in stock and is always helpful when I have questions. Monroe Salon is the BEST!!!

The entire staff at MONROE SALON is outstanding in what they do! The receptionist is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about scheduling, their fabulous AVEDA products and is attentive to clients' needs. All of the stylists are talented and do beautiful work. I visited Monroe for the first time yesterday and saw Michelle Hunter. She was amazing and did any excellent job with my very curly hair. Not an easy feat! The salon was so welcoming and lovely too. Highly recommend!!
