I have had the privilege at 2 separate properties being managed by Monroe Property Management. Thier team is professional and easy to communicate with. They always respond quickly to any afterhours emergencies. I have move out of the IL. area to the west coast. I just wanted to Thank Mary, and Nikki and Natalie for the amazing service I received while in Illinois. The best to the whole team Margie Coleman
Mary and Nikki are both racist disgusting sorry excuses for human beings. They treated my family with disrespect. They expressed frustration towards my family’s needs and said they weren’t in their job description. I despise that the condo that I pay mortgage for as well as association dues are under their control. Well at least until we vote then out.
We just bought a unit in 200 n kenilworth from bank. We found out that they over charged \$150 prior to the closing. I found out the issue and I pointed this out to them. They iniitally said that they will refund \$150 or mail the refund check to my home address. After 3 weeks, they still did not refund or see the trace of check. Finally, I give them call again. They said they they are going to review this with their accountant. What a joke!! I gave them 1 star performance!
We lived at a Monroe property management property for two years. They were extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Complaints and concerns were often disregarded and the company never followed up on anything. They even continued to debit money for assesments from our bank account after we sold our condo. I highly recommend looking else where if you actually want a professional and organized management company.
