Let me start off by saying Dr.Miller is great, I have been seeing him for 34 years. However I was treated awful by the office manager. I was trying to figure out and pay a bill I owe, the woman would not let me explain, repeatedly hung up on me. Told me I told her to shut up, when all I told her was to please stop interrupting me. She wouldn’t even let me speak and she wouldn’t listen then told me I was being the incorrigible one. I’ve never ever even heard of an office manager being that unprofessional. While Adam McIver was great, they are horribly unorganized and unprofessional. From the desk staff to the office manager. Sad that i have to lose a provider i enjoyed seeing to be treated like a person when i walk through the door and not be ripped off.
I have been an employee and also a patient of Monroe Medical Associates and know my life was saved because of this office a few times as well as my husbands. There was a wait at my visit today but usually I am there a max of 30 minutes. I moved 45 miles away from the Monroe area 3 years ago and continue to stick with this office.
It's unfortunate that after 6 years of being a patient at monroe medical associates I am in search of a new family doctor. This office is extremely unorganized and the wait is forever. Somehow my copay got lost and I'm being forced to repay it. After receiving a bill in the mail for a payment I already made I was told there was nothing they could do about it. SAVE YOUR RECITES BECAUSE THERE ARE SOME STICKY FINGERS WORKING THERE!!!
Dr.Adam is awesome and very caring. It is so worth the wait.
I would have gone to Dr McNamee. The best orthopedic doctor in Monroe. Former physician for the Detroit Lions.
