I have lived at O. G P. since 10/28/2015 and I have been satisfied unhappy with the people in managemen, and each of the people who are residents here that I have come to know. Also I am very happy about the security at this facility I recommend Ouachita Grand Plaza to anyone who wants to find a safe place to live with good people to be involved with and a good management team. Very polite and friendly staff. Excellent help with section 8 housing
Very clean common areas and grounds. Met some very sweet residents...and a Chihuahua named Sparkle.
