Me and husband was there monday. We shopped for alittle bit sales girl was super nice left us alone to decide. We decide on two recliners that were in stock. Said free delivery we said awesome. Guess what today is Thursday and no chairs. Maybe next week. So not good delivery team.
This is the rudest store I have ever been in. Went in store once and it was 1/2 hr before they close and was treated like I was beeing rushed out and could afford to buy anything there. Then had a phone call with them and the lady was even rude on phone when I as her about prices. I will never go there again and will tell everybody that talks about the store. Rudest place ever .
Such friendly and helpful staff! Delivery was prompt and professional. Our family loves our new sectional!
We bought a leather couch and love seat from here 4 years ago. The couch and love seat have been nothing but trouble since I got them. I have been trying to get help from the leather company, the furniture manufacturer and Monroe Furniture. Nobody is calling me back anymore or responding to my emails. I gave them a chance to reply before I decided to make this public. I've left several messages for Chad-no reply!
The price is reasonable. There are variety of selections from economical to great quality. The assistance, attention and guidance I received in picking out my style was great. I am quite satisfied with all the furniture I bought from Monroe Furniture Center.
Love my new couch & when there was an issue with the fabric on the arm it was fixed in no time! Excellent service!!!
