Bought a recliner and fridge in the past few years. Recliner has had no issues. Fridge had a problem with the compresser and the day after I called they were at my door to fix it! Monroe Furniture will have my business again in the future!
Great place!!! We had great service when we bought our freezer! They even held it for 2 weeks while we made room to fit it in our house!
My mother bought an electric recliner for me for Mother's Day. Stopped working 3 months later. When they came up, basically said it was because it was unplugged (yes, it was in case there was a short). Early December, it stopped again, but now in the upright position that I have to crawl in and out of it. They lost the first order to come look at it, then offered me one two hour slot, which I couldn't do. Have heard nothing from them and am still crawling in and out of the chair!
