Very disappointed with Monroe Floral. I had ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom for her birthday. They were never delivered and we did not receive a phone call, or any explanation as to why. I contacted them the next day - no apology was given, not even an explanation.
My sons graduation party, I’m not a flower person nor am I decor person. Jen put together the cutest arrangements for my tables. She even made sure to put wire on the gurber Daisy’s so they wouldn’t bend or snap. She’s super helpful, friendly and creative. The new shop is amazing I can’t wait to see it finished! THANK YOU!!
My husband ordered a bouquet over the phone for our anniversary and told them what type of flowers I like. They put together the most beautiful arrangement I’ve ever received. He has sent me lilies for the past 14 years, and Monroe Floral never disappoints
