The doctor addressed all of my concerns and the office staff is very nice
Heather and the entire staff are absolutely wonderful! Heather takes the time to listen and address each issue. I no longer avoid or dread going to the doctor’s office anymore 😊! I finally found a place where I am seen, heard and cared for as an individual, not just another name on a chart. Sending hugs and high fives to the entire staff at Monroe Family Care- you guys are a shining example of what patient care should look like!
I'm a new patient who just moved from Toledo so I needed a new dr. I'm really glad I chose this place. The employees are extremely friendly, intelligent and knowledgeable. They also get you in and out quickly where other Dr's Ive been to have made you wait an hour past your appointment time. The last 2 appointments I've had I got in to see the Dr early! Definitely recommend!
I unfortunately had a bad doctors there I was sick with a sinus infection and they didn't want to do anything about it I am 65 years old and I know from prior sickness what it takes to make me better but when I try to get that medicine from them they said you're not going to tell us what we should do! So I left them for a better doctor and without a problem my new doctor gave me what I needed and now I'm better. I won't take my sick cat or dog there
