Great care, compassionate staff
Been trying to get ahold of this office I left a message a couple days ago but no return call. I called twice since then and goes to a voicemail. Is this office still open? Or am I being ignored?
Poor organization and communication. Appointments are regularly cancelled. My husband called for weeks without a return call back regarding medication authorization. I would not recommend this practice.
The doctor addressed all of my concerns and the office staff is very nice
Heather and the entire staff are absolutely wonderful! Heather takes the time to listen and address each issue. I no longer avoid or dread going to the doctor’s office anymore 😊! I finally found a place where I am seen, heard and cared for as an individual, not just another name on a chart. Sending hugs and high fives to the entire staff at Monroe Family Care- you guys are a shining example of what patient care should look like!
