This place used to be amazing, but then they opened it up to driver license renewals and issuances and ruined it. Sad.
I just waited up here for over an hour for them to call my number then another to the same spot and tell me I have to get another and wait again
New in town and came here for a reprint of my permit. All the front desk staff was friendly and guided me to where I needed to go. Joy was the lady who ultimately helped me and was super friendly. They do charge a credit card convenience fee that is pretty pricy but the overall experience was positive.
So a lady named Joy works there. She's fairly new. She was super polite and her customer service was awesome!
I have never been in a government office that was as friendly as this one. I had to switch my title over and the woman that I worked with acted like she was my mother. She was so comforting. Took me out to the car, checked it out. Had everything done within 12 minutes. I never even waited in lines. I meant on the other hand the other government office in town where I had to deal with my social security had the rudest person so what can you do? I guess it's luck
