I want to thank you for helping me get my money back (over $500) on a credit card payment fee. I just didn’t see the line on the fee. It was not easy but the staff did and excellent job sending back the full amount of the payment to the credit card company. I will be paying in person this week just to thank them.

This is a horrible place to do your business. Judith Morales is a negligence person, very unhelpful, very rude and she needs to be removed from her position and let someone else more competent to take her job. A job what is pay with the taxes and fee we the people are paying.
