Love my psych. Love the pharmacy. Love the receptionists. However they can't keep counselors & only had 1 that understood everything & actually began helping me alot but unfortunately she left. I've had 13 caseworkers in 15+ yrs. They claim they don't take Medicare but hmm I've talked to others that have Medicare and their getting covered. Thankfully my psych got me on meds that seem to be working, if they dont she's always made adjustments, she's very resourceful as well, that's pretty much the best help I've gotten here. This system is for the birds… someone we tried to get her some help and gets picked up to get evaluated and the hospital lets her go; then we appeal it and went to court in hopes the Monroe Mental Health services will evaluate and this Chelsea Blackburn that works for Mental Health read the hospital report and told the judge that she didn’t have enough mental health evidence to go on… ARE YOU KIDDING ME; an ER doctor evaluated her they’re not even specialized in mental health

Worst place to go for mental health. Absolute worst. I was put on Paxil and the withdrawals were BEYOND terrible. I can't even explain....I was shaking non stop, brain zaps, puking, high fever, extreme confusion...I drove to monroe from taylor and started crying bc I didn't know how I even got there. I made my mom take my keys bc it scared me. I called the nurse because i got super suicidal and she told me i was no longer a patient and it was my problem...remind you i seen my psychiatrist 2 weeks prior, had an appointment sc... read more
