Dr George is so kind and listens to your concerns. I was so happy they were able to get me in on such short notice since my chihuahua wasn’t acting right, they did everything they could to put my fears at ease and worked with the budget that I had considering I’m disabled. I would 110% recommend them to any of my friends.
They have the best most caring staff I have ever seen at any clinic. I have had to let a few of my babies go over the past couple of years and they are always very compassionate. I just let my oldest girl faith cross the rainbow bridge last week. I got a card in the mail, a card, clay paw print, and rainbow bridge poem with ink paw print all along with a personally hand written card. I love this clinic, staff and doctors, they really do care!!
I was so impressed with Monroe Animal Hospital after the recent death of our pet. They were so kind and sensitive to our situation and went above and beyond that which was expected. From the kind words in the office to the sympathy card that followed, their efforts were unlike any I have experienced. Very professional and caring!
Took our pup Dabo for his first visit, he did great! We loved all the care that he received while we were there!
Our pup has been going here since he was 4 weeks old. We love it and Baloo Loves Dr.Luckey ! Maybe a little bit more $$ , but we think it's worth it ! Plus, we go back with Baloo to a private exam room. Not like some places where they come out and "take" your pet and leave you in the waiting room!
Thanks to Dr George for looking after Sandy Rolfe. He was breathing erratically so she took X-rays and an EKG. We found out that he had a very enlarged heart and referred us to the cardio specialist in Charlotte. He was there over the weekend but is now home with meds but doing better now. All the staff in which we had contact with were all very professional and friendly. I couldn't recommend this veterinarian surgery more.
