I would just like to thank the entire staff here from the moment I called about our sick fancy rat to moment we walked out the door, we were treated with kindness and compassion. I cannot thank you all enough, especially Lauren. Our rat Dede was treated with love and respect her passing was so difficult but was ultimately done humanely and for that I will forever be grateful to everyone <3

My dog Titus was brought by us for post op to Monroe Animal hospital to recover from his surgery .He was a 7 month old healthy dog .I called several times during the day and even came in after work to see how he was doing .They told us he was fine. An hour later we were told he was in critical condition and we had to pick him up to take him to the emergency care facility in Middletown where he passed away shortly after. Hi Keith: We’re so sorry for your loss of your pup Titus. After Titus had surgery to remove a foreign body at the emergency clinic and was transferred here the next morning, while in our care, we monitored him very closely. He appeared responsive and stable for much of the day, as we told you at the time, but his condition changed rapidly late in the day. Amazing place. Everyone there was extremely friendly, polite, and caring. The doctor was very gentle and patient with my little gecko during his examination and he is on his road to recovery from near death. I will be honest, its a little pricey but when it comes to the pets that you love and care for, the price is worth it.
