It was a good service until the woman answering the phone tried to lie to me in order to get me to go out of my way in order for them to profit. She said she was “going to look and see if there are any open tomorrow” and then said “the closest ones are also closed tomorrow.” That was a blatant lie in order to get me to set the appointment for a day that didn’t work for me instead of just going to another service. Paid for a 4-wheel alignment, but they refused to provide before-and-after measurements, claiming the printer was ‘broken.’ Nicole said he would email me the report, but after two days, still nothing. How do I even know the work was done? No transparency, no proof—just took my money and sent me on my way. Avoid this place if you want a shop that actually backs up their work.
Monro always takes care of me and I recommend them to everyone! David, John, and Carl always make sure I'm good to go and safe on the road!
