They do great work and customer service is great.
I got a flat tire at 6pm, made an appointment for 7:30, and was home with a new tire by 8pm. This was the best service I’ve had when it comes to tire issues.
Monroe scheduled me for service, got me in on time, did a great job on the repair work (pretty knowledgeable), and offered better prices than all the other places I'd called within a 15 mile radius. Plus the customer service here was fantastic, very welcoming, professional, and friendly. This shop does good work.
Horrible customer service; they charged me for diagnostics but did not actually know why my car wouldn’t start—tried to charge me $900 for a bunch of random work when all I needed was a new battery, which was not even something they recommended. They had my car all week and did NOTHING except lie & waste my time and money. The “manager” Tim couldn’t even tell me what they “labor” they charged me for.
This place is a complete rip-off. I left my car with them for three days, and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. When I called to check in, the manager, Tim, hung up on me. To top it off, they charged me an outrageous amount for labor with no results. This place is unprofessional, unhelpful, and a total waste of time and money. Save yourself the hassle and find a shop that actually knows what they're doing.
