Great service. Joe the Manager was Great and Was able to fit me in on a busy day.. And also able to get me back on the road Same day. Jacob the mechanic was able to explain and show me the parts worn and new and to help me understand my brake pad issues.. I definitely recommend coming here again to anybody with car issue.
Steer clear of this place unless you can afford $576 for rear brakes. Absolutely terrible.
Miss scheduled 2 separate appointments and charged my step daughter for service that I already paid for. The Third party customer service is horrible. I use to bring all my tires here. Never again
Brought a new to me car in I just bought. The car was making a noise in the front end when turning or hitting a bump. They kept the car 5 DAYS couldn’t find the problem!!! SERIOUSLY !! Dealer warranty told me to take it to another shop, The other shop in Canton found the issue in less than 20 mins_!!!!! How could Tire Choice keep my car 5 days, do nothing and not find the issue ??? When I talked to the manger , I was told they had to be on a daily Zoom call with their district manager and hear how bad their store was perform... read more
