Horrible experience. Will not go back. Called yesterday to make an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and mainly for them to look at my exhaust. I have been experiencing a rattling noise that was fixed by another shop, but has now started again. I spoke to a secondary scheduling company- not even from the shop location. They proceeded to tell me that I could schedule an appt. same day, and so I did before patching me to the shop location.
