I came in an hour before closing on a leaky tire and Mike was very kind to help us out!
I had my 2008 Chrysler Sebring towed to the Tire ChoiceAuto Service Center on Rt 36 in Marysville Ohio due to the break in my gearshift linkage. The part took 7 days to come in to the shop. I also got a new battery installed, thinking I had already done so. Not Mike’s (owner) fault for time of delivery! It does seem that having another mechanic or two would be helpful in future. Thank you Mike and team for your work to get my baby up and running again!
Great place to go get work done on your vehicle! Outstanding customer service and provides high quality work. Highly recommended and I know I'll be going back to get more work done! I have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and they took Great care of it! Keep it up!
These are the type of places and technicians that give the automotive repair industry a bad name. Wish I could have gave it at zero Star. HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else to get repair work done ,this is not a professional establishment , 1. Don't honor appointment times 2. They will let your vehicle sit if it doesn't meet their criteria type of work they want to do these are type of mechanics we don't need in the industry. 3. This was the first time I had gone to tire choice auto. They got me in at the last minute when two manufacturer dealerships could not get me in until the following week. Tire choice hooked up my car, checked the error code and he advised that the crank case ventilation system disconnected. And because I had just over 30,000 miles, he cleaned it up, hooked it up and did not charge me a thing; it took all of five minutes! He could’ve very easily charged me a lot of money.
