I left my vehicle there and the front desk person told me that it would be an hour and a half. This was fine, I planned for such a thing. I get a phone call about an hour and a half later. Your employee tells me that they put holes in my old tires to prevent thieves from stealing them. The employee then informs me that the tires I ordered are the wrong size and that unfortunately he will have to charge me $640 in addition to put new tires on. This makes me very upset obviously. Excellent service and good prices. I love interacting with the manager; I think his name is Mike. Very, very warm and personable. Almost fatherly. "Hello, young man!" he says to me. He also shows me what the problems are (literally pulling out a part and letting me look at it) and is honest about what services I don't need. He's very honest. I highly recommend this place.
Mike and the rest of the staff were so helpful! It makes such a difference entering into a place that has people who genuinely care about helping you. Very encouraging, definitely recommend!
Did a diagnostics for free when I took a new car that I had just bought. Really good customer service, friendly staff.
Mike was very attentive and my oil change was completed with no issues!
