I’ve never had any issues with this business. No matter what time I come in, or why I’m there, everyone is extremely friendly and courteous. They are what customer service should be.
Michael Junken was FANTASTIC. Customer Service will get my return business every time and Michael and his staff showed me that there is still customer service in this country. Reminds me of the old days when business was done by a handshake. You are my new automotive and tire business.
I can't say enough good things about Mike, Damien, and the rest of the team there. I've purchased multiple sets of tires from them, I don't hesitate to take my family's cars there, and I've been extremely happy with their service. There have been a number of occasions when they've gone out of their way to fix issues for me, and I am so appreciative. The roadside hazard insurance on the tires has come in quite handy, too. Thank you!
