I called the shop after using a diagnostic tool to read ECU codes. I told the shop what the codes were and asked if they were able to do a repair if there is a defective anti-lock brake system. They said I would be surprised as to what they are capable of doing and recommended I bring it in. They got my car, read the codes and then told me they can’t replace the part. I went to them to get 2 new tires on my vechile. I had made an appointment in the later afternoon for 9am. They called shortly after to let me know they needed to order my tires and I should come in at 11am to get my new tires put on as that would be when they would be delievered. I arrived at 11am and the tires had not come in yet and they said they would be in at 2:00pm. I was frustrated no one had updated me. For my trouble they did take $20 off my bill which was nice. Purchased a full set of tires & was quite pleased with the price and attention of everyone at the Marysville shop. A couple hick-ups but not the fault of the Marysville store.
I came in an hour before closing on a leaky tire and Mike was very kind to help us out!
I had my 2008 Chrysler Sebring towed to the Tire ChoiceAuto Service Center on Rt 36 in Marysville Ohio due to the break in my gearshift linkage. The part took 7 days to come in to the shop. I also got a new battery installed, thinking I had already done so. Not Mike’s (owner) fault for time of delivery! It does seem that having another mechanic or two would be helpful in future. Thank you Mike and team for your work to get my baby up and running again!
