Disappointed. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that “during their inspection” my tread was found to be low and he tried to sell me new tires. The current tires have less than 30K miles and tread is 4/32. I declined the new tires. After getting home I checked the tires. When I take a car in for tire rotation I always mark my tires to make sure a tire rotation is actually done. It was not. BEST CAR SHOP! Blew a tire and got stranded in town, but the experience ended up being much better cause of the help we got here.
