Booked an alignment for 10:30. Show up on time, and the guy behind the counter just shrugs We’re too busy, can’t fit you in. No warning, no reschedule offer, just wasted my morning. If you can’t keep appointments, maybe don’t take them.

They were so kind and easily were able to fix my tire as I was traveling through town on business.
Disappointed. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that “during their inspection” my tread was found to be low and he tried to sell me new tires. The current tires have less than 30K miles and tread is 4/32. I declined the new tires. After getting home I checked the tires. When I take a car in for tire rotation I always mark my tires to make sure a tire rotation is actually done. It was not. BEST CAR SHOP! Blew a tire and got stranded in town, but the experience ended up being much better cause of the help we got here. From the moment we arrived, Dalton was so friggen, incredibly helpful. Like, standout helpful! He was kind, got things moving fast and was transparent and communicative throughout the entire process.
