Had to get rear brakes and rotors done on my Subaru. Went to Monroe on Cochrane in Mount Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Great Customer Service explained everything to detail.
Stopped in with a slow tire leak and they helped me right away. Quick, friendly, and professional service. Robbie the manager was great—highly recommend this tire shop!
Robbie K is fair, trustworthy and a great communicator. I now take my personal entire “fleet” to Monro for everything and trust them. My Minivan, Subaru WRX. Honda Fit have been inspected and serviced at Monro for the past couple years. Today they handled my Tesla with great care installing new performance tires delivered from Tirerack. Robbie kept me up to date, reassured me without asking they know how to properly lift Teslas and got the job done on time.
We had an amazing experience at Monroe Auto on Cochran road, they fixed all of my car problems very fast and Robbie was very professional and explained things super well i will definitely go to this shop again to work with Robbie.
