I scheduled an appointment by phone and the manager had no idea that I was arriving. I was told the mechanic was "always late" and I would have to wait for him. They took my car in an hour after my scheduled time. After leaving on the lift for 40 min and not touching it, I was told that their emissions computer was broken and the computer wouldnt work. Inspection. All was done in a timely manner. Staff was a pleasure to work with. We will return in the future with needed auto work to be completed.
I’m all about being straightforward and honest so if that’s what you’re looking for I’m not sure this is the place. I had my 2017 Acura MDX alignment done here earlier this year during a really bad winter storm. I was told that the alignment was done and there was no issues. I asked to see the printout of the initial and the results, and I was told that the printer was broken. This is by far the best shop I have ever been to they got me in so fast fixed my car my steering wheel was not working and did not even charge me for it , I can not be thankful enough for them , all the employers were so nice and explained everything in detail cannot recommend this place enough!!!!
Last year I scheduled an appointment with them, got to the shop, they told me they couldn’t do it because they ran out of stickers, honest mistake, I get it. Scheduled an appointment today with the call center and they put it in for 5:30 and showed up today, couldn’t do it but this time there was no time left in the day. But why wouldn’t you call to tell me this? rip to my state inspection both times
