I was told by assistant service manager they could get the part and it be 15-20 to put it on. When I got there the service manager came out he told me it would take a day or two to get part in. Not on same page as his partner. Manager seemed like he didn’t want to bother with me. Don’t waste your time
Visited the workshop literally 4 time to get wheel alingment. Each time it was something. Their scheduling is a mess. Even if you get an appointment you will be waiting to get your car fixed. It happened more than once. Ultimately I endedup going to a different workshop the 5th time.
Matt and Pauley are amazing! Kind thorough, fast and honest. I had the worst experience at another Monroe. Kept my car overnight for an oil change and a brake job. Granted, my brakes were pretty bad and they were closing early. I was overcharged and messed up the brake job badly. I found this out on the highway as every brake light started flashing and beeping at me to stop my car. Called the shop the next day and it was closed when they were supposed to be open.
