I tried to schedule a state inspection here for yesterday and showed up for my appt early. When I arrived I was told that they would not be able to look at my car today. The person working there said they could schedule me for tomorrow at the same time and for a discount. I tried to call before going today and was sent to call center who was unable to get in touch with the facility to make sure they could look at my car today. Lucas and Jeff did an outstanding job.
My son was road tripping to visit his sister at College about 6 hours from home when my Jeep had issues. We called Friday evening and brought the car in first things Saturday. The shop, especially Lucas, we're great to deal with. They got the repairs made and kept me informed (as a concerned parent) along the way. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Monroe Auto & Tires!
I'd leave zero stars if I could, was there for a state inspection, everything passed but they said I needed two new front tires , I just bought two new tires a week prior, so they were clearly being dishonest and running a scam, they were extremely unprofessional to the gentleman that was in front of me, additionally I want to Flynns tire and they said my tires were fine and would pass inspection. Please stay away from peach st location.
