My brakes are fine once more, due to the diligent service provided by this wonderful establishment.
Had my tires on my jeep rotated here they were extremely friendly and got me in and back on the road in a very timely fashion. I will definitely be returning for other services as well as recommending in the future.
This past Sunday our water pump had gone out we arrived @ Summit Monro at about 3 pm and they stayed until the job was finished!!!! We made it back to Michigan safe and with some money in our pockets
Made an appointment for a front wheel alignment, waited an hour after. Just for them not to do it.. Wasted time.
I went in for a wheel alignment. Was told I needed new rear tires before they could do the alignment. I ask them to do the alignment and I was planning on getting tires at a cheaper price elsewhere. They refused to do the alignment if I did not purchase tires. They did say I could go get the tires and come back. I did not have the time to do so.. so I proceeded to have them put on tires that I purchased from them.
