Don't bother new manager Angel left me stranded out of engine coolant only a couple blocks from the garage. I was a loyal customer for over 9 years. I will never go back. I called Mr Tire and they came right down to help me. Thank you Mr Tire and goodbye Monroe Muffler
All I needed was a lightbulb changed… I was told they needed to remove my bumper because “their hands were too big to remove the lightbulb” and it would cost me almost $300! I even went in to see what they were talking about and I could fit my hand in there just fine…. I even asked them for a pliers and they told me they didn’t have those tools… so I immediately took my car right down the street to Midas and they changed the bulb within 15 mins no problem for free!!
