So bad behavior from lady
I’ve gone to this Monro multiple times over the years and I’ve never had a bad experience. I trust their knowledge, I think their prices are reasonable, and they get the job done quickly
Phone more important than waiting customer(s). I was disappointed in the valve I received. Got a Standard oil Oil change and "shop fee" charge was almost 14$. They charged 8$ per quart for additional oil needed for my engine. Beat you at every turn. I will be going to midas, where oil change is 30-40% cheaper. Lesson leanrned.
Angel was awesome and took care of my emergency with no issues!
Was told I would have a stay and wait brake change just to get there after driving 45 minutes for the lady to be rude and tell me they had to order them and it would be a few days. Highly unprofessional
