I was in between jobs so I wasn't prepared for the dollar amount needed to get my car up to code, but Mike worked with me to get it to a reasonable amount, and Shawn ensured that everything was done and that I got my car back in a timely manner. Everyone is extremely professional and personable, kind and understanding. I bring my car here when it needs work done and it being down the road from where I live is even more convenient.
Not a good experience specifically at this location. The entrance to the parking lot is so steep if you have a lower car you are guaranteed to scrape the bottom or fall into the massive pothole in the middle of the road. Charged an insane amount for brake replacement and after having the work done I had brake problems after.
Haters!!!
Great place to go if you want them to "forget to screw in the main bolt" to your breaks and let you leave and drive with the thing hanging off. Just saying the squeeking was "new brakes" Not to mention the manager of store crushing my bumper off the giant potholes at the bottom of their hill. An entrance even their employees told me not to use and to use the other entrance cause cars get messed up.
