Completely amazing came in during my lunch break they had car up in ten min and all 4 tires rotated and changed out in a little less than an hour got back to work right on very friendly as well
I been taking my car to them since 2021 never any issues with the work or the customer service actually both was awesome but as of this year the new young dude mike his customer service sucks they made a minor mishaps didn’t reset my oil no problem it was just the fact that he was verry Nonchalant about the fact I had to drive back there for him to reset it take time out my day for it no apology no Noin like ewww change ur attitude when dealing with the public 😒
Mike and his crew seem like good people. Had them put 4 Cooper tires bought through Monro’s website on a Grand Cherokee. I selected the tires and scheduled it. Important: whenever scheduling a service CALL THE SHOP DIRECTLY BY SELECTING 2 WHEN CALLING THEIR NUMBER. The online scheduling service and call center have no idea what’s actually going on at the individual shop, as is the case with most auto scheduling services like that. I’m so impressed and grateful to the Monro Auto team. I have a fleet vehicle and sometimes it can be hard to find shops who are able and willing to service it. They were very accommodating and the process was quick. They were so flexible when things changed and I wasn’t able to get my car right away, even though the service was finished very quickly! They were flexible, quick and kind. Highly recommend!!
