Great place! Realized this morning my inspection expired. Called and they got me right in. When I got there I was greeted by josh & Matt who were very friendly. No waiting and after 10 minutes I was on my way
I brought in My 2004 Mustang broken from another mechanic and BS dealership. The guys were awesome and took care of my princess.

I made an appointment earlier in the week to have an inspection done on Saturday. My appointment was for 1030 I took my car in around 9 am because I decided to have the power steering pump replaced and the oil changed. At 1230 I called to check on the status, the inspector never showed up for work and nothing had been done with my car. At 2 pm I was called and told they were checking on a price for the pump but nothing had been done yet. They try to take advantage of women because they think that all women don’t know about cars, went here to get my oil changed and they told me my car requires synthetic( I played along because we use synthetic anyway) but honestly to lie to customers to get them to pay more is ridiculous. Will not be returning.
The best Monroe I have been to. Robert the manager was very friendly and I was in and out. They have a great place with a great technicians. Thank you, I will see again when I need an oil change.
