I had an apt here in Johnstown, but no inspection stickers available, and Amsterdam computer was down. So, sadly, I made an apt to Saratoga Springs Monroe where I had been before--so after waiting there until after 3-I was given an itemized bill of 1700 plus!!!!! The guy said I had bad front struts, and showed the 1lf tire and how slightly worn. Needless to say: 4 tires(100 each) valued at 70$ Monroe web site, and 2 struts, wheel alignment 170.0 (I have receipt for same alignment at 80.0) I do not see a FB for Saratoga Monro... read more

The guys at Monro are awesome, Will, Kyle, and Josh all do the very best with all my cars but a very special shout out to the guys today for there compassion for another human beings life. A gentleman had a seizure in front of the Super 8 right down from there shop, they guys did not hesitate and all ran to the man aid. GOOD JOB GUYS!!!
Since the new management I have had the best and friendliest service. I know that if something is wrong it is not a sales pitch because of how the mechanics and managers give above and beyond to get my car up and running in a timely manner. I highly recommend them and that says a lot because I am picky on who touches my car.

Made an appointment for 11am went back at 3pm to pick up my car and oil change still wasn’t done.
